I usually miss some beautiful tracks for this reason, I don’t know if you also miss some great music for this reason or not but if you have then you must give it a try.

This song is from movie Jodi Breakers, the movie was a bit boring after interval but, sometimes its good music that holds the story and that’s why this movie was worth giving a watch. Some tracks of movie were mind blowing and today I am posting one good track from those mind blowing tracks.

Main itna jaanta hu bs
Main tujhko maangta hu bs
Main itna maanta hu bs

Ki mujhko..
Teri zaroorat hai
Haan mujhko
Teri zaroorat hai

Ho.. mujhko..
Teri zaroorat hai
O.. mujhko..
Teri zaroorat hai..

(Mujhko, teri, zaroorat hai..
Mujhko teri zaroorat hai)

Ho.. ye shohrat
Aur yeh daulat
Ye dikhai de rahi sakte

Ho..o…
Ye shauhrat
Aur yeh daulat
Khudayi de nahi sakte

Ho meri tanhayi se mujhko
Rihayi de nahi sakte

Ho zamane ka hai
Mujhpe haq
Tere sapno pe
Haq mera..
Siva mere kisi ko
Ye dikhayi de nahi sakte

Kahin maloom
Ye haq hai (haq hai.. haq hai..)
Haqiqat ya
Hamakat hai…

Main itna jaanta hoon bas (ha..a..)
Main tujhko maangta hoon bas (ha..a..)
Main itna maanta hoon bas

Ki mujhko..

Mujhko teri zaroorat hai..
Mujhko, teri, zaroorat hai.. )

Not just listen music, Feel it… 🙂

A small sentence – Old is Gold, actually has a very deep meaning in your life, in my life, in fact in everyone’s life. Whenever we look back, we find some pleasant memories, close to our heart and if had some bad experience in past, then also its not bad because bad times teach us a lesson for lifetime. In today’s busy world, where everyone one is working hard, some for good marks, some for a nice career, some for handsome salary, when we think of the old time, like our school time, our collage days, outing with family or friends, class bunks, it gives us the sweetest smile and relieves us from our busy schedules.

Old is gold concept also applies on the music because unlike today’s awful music (like item number, or some stupid tracks), the old time’s music was up to the mark. The musicians, singers of late 60’s, 80’s, 90’s were very talented, also they had very good knowledge of music.
oh no no. I am not saying that today’s music is bad or today’s singers are not talented, What I am trying to say is that old time music was pretty nice.

So today, I am going to post one of the very beautiful song from late 80’s. I personally think that lyrics are the veins of music, lyrics of the song should make sense (unlike Kolaveri d) and that’s why I love this song because the words were used superbly. Let’s read about people behind the song:-

Lyricist:- Santosh Anand (Santosh Anand started his career as lyricist with the very famous movie Purab aur Paschim. He laso wrote the lyrics of movie Roti Kapda aur Makaan and also got filmfare award for the song Main Na Bhoolunga. His lyrics were always inspiring and very meaningful and it was his write ups that filled the heartbeat in the music at the time of late 70’s and 80’s.)

Musician: Laxmikant, Pyarelal (Late Laxmikant Pyarelal was very famous Indian composer. They composed the music for about 635 Indian movies from 1963 to 1998. Laxmikant was born on the day of Diwali. Laxmikant- pyarelal started their career with Rajshree Production’s film Dosti and gave such a pleasing music that movie got success on the basis of music, Now you can understand that how good they were in Music Composition. Laxmi-Pyare composed Indian classical music and Western music as well, but they were most popular for their folk tunes.)

Singer: Lata Mangeshkar (I have already written about her here:- http://wp.me/p244BD-v)

Lyrics:-
Tera Saath hai to, muje kya kami hai
Andhero se bhi, Mil rahi roshni hai.
Kuch bhi nahi hai to, koi gam nahi hai
Hr ik bebasi, ban gai chandani hai.

Tuti hai kashti, tez hai dhara
Kabhi na Kabhi to, milega kinara
Bahi Ja rahi, Yeh samay ki nadi hai
Is a par karne ki, asha jagi hai.

Tera Saath hai to, Tera Saath hai to,
muje kya kami hai
Andhero se bhi, Mil rahi roshni hai.

Hare ik Mushkil, saral lag rahi hai
Muje jhopadi bhi mahal lag rahi hai
In aakho mai mana, Nami hi Nami hai
Magar is Nami par hi Duniya thami hai

Tera Saath hai to, Tera Saath hai to,
muje kya kami hai
Andhero se bhi, Mil rahi roshni hai.

Mere sath tum Muskura ke to Dekho
Udasi ka badal, hata k to dekho
Kabhi hai ye Aasu, Kabhi ye hasi hai
Mere Humsafar, Bas yahi zindagi hai

Tera Saath hai to, Tera Saath hai to,
muje kya kami hai
Andhero se bhi, Mil rahi roshni hai
Tera Saath hai to, Tera Saath hai to……….

Ye sab zubaa waale
Wafa ko jurm samajh te hai

To ye jurm bar bar karu
Ke jab talak mein jiyuuu
Tera intezaar karu

Tujhe main pyar karu
Aur itna pyar karu
Tujhe main pyar karu
Aur itna pyar karu
ke jab talak mein jiyu, sirf
tera intezaar karu
Tujhe main pyar karu

To phir khushi kya hai?
Tere baghair jo guzare
Woh zindagi kya hai?
Kai sadi, main tere pyar pe nisaar karu

Sirf tera intezaar karu
Tujhe main pyar karu

Lata Mangeshkar is laways been an idol for singers, as the voice, the talent, the knowledge of music she has, the feel she gives to the songs, is absolutely perfect, not only perfect, every time she gives something new to the song. I am personally a very big fan of her.

Jaane kyun, khwaabon ka mausam hai, aur main hoon
Mausam hai, aur main hoon
Jaane kyun, yaadon ki shabnam hai, aur main hoon
Shabnam hai, aur main hoon
Yaadein, laayi hain, khushiyaan bhi, aansoo bhi
Jaane kyun, ik aisa sangam hai, aur main hoon
Sangam hai, aur main hoon

Barse jo rang itne saare, rangeen huwe sab nazaare -2
Lekin mera dil kahin bhi, lagta nahin bin tumhaare
Tumko, bas tumko, dil dhhoondhhe dil maange
Jaane kyun, har lamha ye sitam hai, aur main hoon
Ye sitam hai, aur main hoon
Jaane kyun, khwaabon ka mausam hai, aur main hoon
Mausam hai, aur main hoon..

Ye vaadi ab so gayi hai, kohre mein hi kho gayi hai -2
Saari fiza saans roke, gumsum si ab ho gayi hai
Saari, duniya mein, ab koyi nahin jaise
Jaane kyun, bas mera hamdam hai, aur main hoon
Hamdam hai, aur main hoon
Jaane kyun, yaadon ki shabnam hai, aur main hoon
Shabnam hai, aur main hoon
Yaadein, laayi hain, khushiyaan bhi, aansoo bhi
Jaane kyun, ik aisa sangam hai, aur main hoon
Sangam hai, aur main hoon
La la la, la la la la
aur main hoon

Lyrics in English :-

Don’t know why, its the season of dreams and I
The season is here, and me too
Don’t know why, there is glimpses of memories, and me
the memories have brought with it, happiness and tears too
Don’t know why, there is this togetherness, and i am here too

Theere are so many colours that the scenery is colorful
But my heart doesn’t find all these alluring, without you
You, Only you is this heart searching for and asking for
Don’t know why, every moment is a toture and I am too
Don’t know why, its the season of dreams and I
The season is here, and me too

This atmosphere is now asleep, it is lost in fog
The winds hold my breath, it is so quiet now
In the whole world, it seems there is no one now
Don’t know why, it is my soul partner and me
it is my soul partner and me
Don’t know why, its the season of dreams and I
The season is here, and me too

the memories have brought with it, happiness and tears too
Don’t know why, there is this togetherness, and i am here too
Don’t know why, its the season of dreams and I
The season is here, and me too

la la la
and me too

Beyonce – Halo

Everyone must have heard the name Beyonce, in the world of music. Well i personally don’t know much about her but love a song, sung by her. When i told the title (Halo) of the song to one of my friend (his heart is broken), he said everything starts with Halo only, so will not listen the song at all (poor fellow). If you are the one who don;t want to hear this song (for any reason), then i must tell you that you are missing an amazing track and you should give it a try (at least once). Not even the lyrics of the song are amazing, intact the music is also very nice and of course voice of Beyonce (when singing high nodes) will make you go crazy for her.

“Halo” was nominated for Record of the Year and won Best Female Pop Vocal Performance at the 52nd Grammy Awards. It won Best Song at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards. “Halo” topped the singles charts of Brazil, Norway and Slovakia, and reached the top five on the singles chart of Australia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the US. It was certified triple-platinum in Australia, and double-platinum in Spain and the US.

Lets see the writers, music directors worked behind such an amazing track.

Writer and Composer:- Ryan Tedder (Tedder’s song-writing career took off after hitting an early roadblock: he had tried to succeed as a solo artist but was dropped from a record label, forcing him to realize that he was “not Justin Timberlake.” So he decided to create his own band and in 2004 he called Zach Filkins, one of his high school friends and together they formed what is now OneRepublic. Tedder’s “Apologize” was the first song he wrote for the group and he remembers feeling good about it early on.)

Composer:- Evan Bogart (Evan “Kidd” Bogart is an American music executive, television producer, music publisher and songwriter who has contributed to a long list of internationally successful artists. He is the son of Casablanca Records founder Neil Bogart and music manager Joyce Bogart-Trabulus. Bogart has been nominated for three Grammy Awards, winning one.)

Lyrics:-

Remember those walls I built
Well, baby they’re tumbling down
And they didn’t even put up a fight
They didn’t even make up a sound

I found a way to let you in
But I never really had a doubt
Standing in the light of your halo
I got my angel now

It’s like I’ve been awakened
Every rule I had you breakin’
It’s the risk that I’m takin’
I ain’t never gonna shut you out

Everywhere I’m looking now
I’m surrounded by your embrace
Baby I can see your halo
You know you’re my saving grace

You’re everything I need and more
It’s written all over your face
Baby I can feel your halo
Pray it won’t fade away

I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo
I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo

Hit me like a ray of sun
Burning through my darkest night
You’re the only one that I want
Think I’m addicted to your light

I swore I’d never fall again
But this don’t even feel like falling
Gravity can’t forget
To pull me back to the ground again
Feels like I’ve been awakened
Every rule I had you breakin’
The risk that I’m takin’
I’m never gonna shut you out

Everywhere I’m looking now
I’m surrounded by your embrace
Baby I can see your halo
You know you’re my saving grace

You’re everything I need and more
It’s written all over your face
Baby I can feel your halo
Pray it won’t fade away

I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo
I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo

I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo
I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo
Halo, halo

Everywhere I’m looking now
I’m surrounded by your embrace
Baby I can see your halo
You know you’re my saving grace

You’re everything I need and more
It’s written all over your face
Baby I can feel your halo
Pray it won’t fade away

I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo
I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo

I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo
I can feel your halo halo halo
I can see your halo halo halo

Live fully and enjoy music…….. 🙂

Girls are very special for their parents. But there are people(some narrow minded creatures, no matter in which century they are living) who don’t even hate girls, even kill them. Such people are criminals and i don’t think they have right to live in our society. Not because they kill girls, another reason is they are rotten apples of our fruit basket and you know what will happen to your fruits if you will keep them in your fruit basket. Well, well, I am not at all here to discuss about those girl child killers.

First episode of Satyamev Jayate, You don’t need to watch the whole episode to cry, because the song (in starting) will make you cry and after that you can shut down your Television Screen (Kidding, Up to you if you want to watch the show.). I am the one who is music lover, and the one who can bear a three hour movie drama(here i am only talking about unbearable movies) or 1 hour daily soap drama to hear a good song. It makes my day. So i just watched satyamev jayate and thanks to the music artist for a wonderful song. Amazing song it is. I loved it and i hope everyone loved it too. So here are the details of the song and a download link for everyone.

Lyrics in Hindi:-

O ri Chiraiya
Nanhi si chidiya
Angna mein phir aaja re

Humne tujhpe hazaro sitam hain kiye
Humne tujhpe jahan bhar ke zulm kiye
Humne socha nahi
Tu jo ud jayegi
Ye zameen tere bin sooni reh jayegi
Kiske dum pe sajega mera angna

O Ri Chiraiya, Meri Chiraiya
Angna mein phir aaja re

Tere pankho mein saare sitare jadooN
Teri chunar dhanak satrangi bunooN
Tere kajal mein main kaali raina bharooN
Teri mehandi mein main kachchi dhoop malooN
Tere naino sajaa doon naya sapna

O ri Chiraiya, Meri Chiraiya
Angna mein phir aaja re

Lyrics in English:-

O bird,
little bird,
come back again to the yard

The dark is deep and covered in blood..
pick the straws of sun rays from the sky,
and come back again to the yard

We have done injustice against you a thousand times,
We have given you tortures of the world
we didn’t think-
if you fly away,
this earth will remain deserted without you
with whose presence shall my yard be adorned

I’ll embed all the stars in your wings,
I’ll weave for you a rainbow colored scarf,
I’ll fill the dark night in your kohl,
I’ll rub raw fragrance in your henna (adorned hands),
I’ll give a new dream to your eyes.

Exploring Music

I went through so many sites to know if there are human beings in this world who don’t like music and I was shocked when I saw people saying that one of my friend, my grand ma, my dad etc. etc. don’t like music. I can’t believe that there are people who can live without music. Well I am happy that I am not one of them and there are very few people who don’t like music (still unbelievable). Anyways I love music and also I love exploring it.
When it comes to history of music, this is the most interesting subject for me. Don’t know whether everyone knows about it or not that In March 2008 a recording by Frenchman Edouard-Leon Scott de Martinville of a woman singing ‘Au Clair De La Lune’ was discovered in an archive in Paris by a group of American audio historians. The recording dates back to April 9, 1860 making it the world’s first known recorded song.
In 1877, with the creation of his phonograph complete, Thomas Edison tested it. The first song ever recorded was his rendition of ‘Mary Had a Little Lamb’. Well this is also shocking that the first singer of a recorded song was Thomas Alva Edison who actually was a scientist.
These are some more interesting things about music:-

1. 40 billion songs are downloaded illegally every year, that’s some 90% of all music downloads.
2. The music industry generates about $4 billion in online music but loose about $40 billion to illegal downloads.
3. The longest song to reach number one on the Billboard charts on LP was “I’d Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That)” by Meatloaf, the shortest: “Stay” by Maurice Williams & the Zodiacs.
4. The harmonica is the world’s best-selling music instrument.
5. Make music not war: Monaco’s national orchestra is bigger that its army.
